I have them too, between the second and third digit. I'm about to go off to college in the next year, and i'm really starting to worry about it. I've always been confident, but living with someone entirely new, with this! I never show my feet, and thats kind of unavoidable when living together. I want the surgery desparately. I don't even know if my parents would let me, they have always been the parents to tell you you're beautiful no matter what. Someone please talk to me about this.

[...] A few years ago, I made a post that mentioned in passing that I have webbed toes. About a month later, my logs started showing up a fair number of referals from search engines from people looking for info about webbed toes. So I promised that I'd try to put up a picture. A couple of days later, I posted said picture. [...]

I've created some forums for discussing webbed toes. Hopefully, this will be easier to manage than a bunch of comments on my blog posts.

This website is great!! I never thought in a million years would I find other people with the same thoughts and fears. I have webbed toes on the second and third toe also, but they are shorter, kinda stubby!! What a combo!! I feel so bad because I have 2 daughters that love to swim during the summer, and I never go into the pool with them because I'm always to embarassed!! Also, never ever wear sandals or flip flops! I see all these pretty shoes for summer, and I always think what a bummer! Couldn't ever imagine my toes in those pretty shoes. I think I would pass out if I had those on in public!! The funny thing is, is that I was a professional dancer for many years, went to New York for competitions, classes, etc.. It never affected that! If anything it may have helped me with my turns!! Ha Ha!! Because of this, my webbed toes, I truly believe it has given me a sense of humbleness. People that are different, maybe with 2 fingers, or whatever, it makes me just want to go up to them, and get to know them, because I know that things like that can be very hard on a person. I just wish that there weren't so many cruel people in the world!! Many thanks to all that have written in to this website with all there thoughts!! I really feel like I'm not alone anymore!!!!! Tracy

yes, got the same thing , just didn't know there are more of us out there, i have the 2nd and 3th toe on the left foot webbed all the way. I noticed there are lots of you which are partially joined, it beats me why mine are all the way, even my nails are slighty over eachother and the bottom top is completly joined, they tell me my print looks like tweety's foot :) never had no problems, just a little heavy on the clutch
i find it hard to believe you'd get them seperated ,unless it impairs you i guess
