Weight Goal

Fell behind my goal again, with only a 0.6 pound loss since last Monday. I was really surprised, because I did a lot of heavy physical work over the weekend. But I guess it couldn’t counter the junk food and meals out at restaurants.

Just take your time. Ignore the scale because it’s not always accurate for small fluctuations.

Techgnome told me about this site after I (just this last hour) made my ‘weight loss’ blog public. Said you were doing the same thing and gave me some encouraging words, he’s a sweetie.

Just wanted to say I stopped by. It’s good to see other people are doing the same thing, I feel less alone. Gonna be a struggle, eh, but worth it

and hey, to me .6 lbs is a lot, I’ve lost 0… every little bit counts =)

Yes, it’s very true that every little bit counts. I do get a little mad at myself when I don’t meet my pound-per-week goal. But any loss is better than no loss at all.
