I  want to pair  ID and Rule field that is Id and Rule pair occurs 3 times and if it matches the count field then pass Id value.In this case result should be 34514.Please help me in getting this result using xslt

		<description>XSLT = Painfully verbose. After working on a system that used XSLT for the rendering code, I&#039;m 100% convinced that it&#039;s best to bring the XML into the native data format of the language and work with it from there. :)</description>
