Google Sightseeing

Google Sightseeing is an index of interesting sites (sights?) around the world, as seen by the satellites that Google Maps uses. For example, places like The Grand Canyon, Niagra Falls, or the St. Louis Arch.

Oh yeah, and did I mention that the site is running WordPress?

Yes, but my dear husband, they don’t have the Boll Weevil
    Monument
from our very own hometown of Enterprise, Alabama. The only monument in the world dedicated to a bug, need I remind you. I also didn’t find the statue of Vulcan, from Birmingham, Alabama, so you can’t even see the man in his metal skirt! (At least not on Google Sightseeing, anyway.) Sheesh!
