		<description>With ya Dougal. I've spent the past several days doing yard work now there is a few days of nice weather. And after that today, I decided to install the spring enhancers for my car. Yeah, that was a smart, wise use of 6 hours!

Come on, admit it: the pain does make you feel the tiniest bit righteous because it was caused by exercise. At least, that's what I tell myself after squats and push-ups.</description>
