Its easy to launch a site, but not always easy to keep one up and running if your host does an upgrade or fails to do an upgrade or if you add a plugin that isn't compatible with other plugins/wordpress/mysql/php etc. :) Any steps in the direction of making this easier to manage and keep a site healthy will be much appreciated!
