I forgot to post this on Monday. I usually back-date the entry when that happens, but I won’t bother this time.
I gained 0.2 pounds of muscle-mass since the previous Monday. Yay me!
Either that, or I ate too much at Easter dinner, and I gained 0.2 pounds of fat. Boo me.
Weight as of Monday, April 12: 263.4 lbs.
I had some sort of unexplained jump in my weight early last week, so I’m actually up a half pound since last Monday.
I really don’t know what happened. Oh well. I’m restocked on soups and other lo-cal meals and snacks at work. And Susan and I are planning to start getting up and exercising before work. That should fix things up.

I fell a little behind again, losing 0.7 pounds since last Monday.
Fell behind my goal again, with only a 0.6 pound loss since last Monday. I was really surprised, because I did a lot of heavy physical work over the weekend. But I guess it couldn’t counter the junk food and meals out at restaurants.
I was running late this morning, and in my rush to get ready for work, I forgot to weigh in. But based on my trend over the past week, I fell short of my goal, only losing about a half pound. I have a lot of catching up to do. ![]()
I finally got back on track and lost a pound over the last week. I forgot to post last Monday, so I’ll create a retro-active entry for that.
Bah. Not only did I not lose a pound this week, I actually gained 0.1 pounds.
