She was born in 1947 and has webbed second &#38; third toes on both feet. She was told it was on her fathers side of the family. We know his last name is Howard. I'm hoping someone might also be webbed and be from the Howard family. I also have webbed fingers &#38; toes, and so does my brother. If you have ANY info...please contact me. Thank You! </p>
