I noticed earlier this morning that the blo.gs updates appear to be functioning (more or less) normally again. I haven’t heard anything from my contact at Yahoo!, so I don’t know if they found a better way to filter the information from feed updates, or if they simply dropped feed updates from their ping sources. It still seems to be seeing some spurious false-positives, but it’s much better than before.

Yes, I too have noticed intermittent results from Yahoo ~ I think their system is still in Beta. I’m also using some plugins that seem to affect the RSS feed. For example Customized Post Per Page seems to interfere with the creation of Feedburner, and BOTD doesn’t seem to register unless deactivated and then reprimed.
I would like to wish you much luck. And a lot of money. Thank you.
Congratulations on a great web site. I am a new computer user and finding you was like coming home. Continued success.
